PREAMBLE

These General Terms and Conditions of Use ("GCU"), subject to French law, are intended to govern the use of the online game Minesweeper also called Minesweeper online (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Game" or "Online Game"). made available on the Internet by a private individual outside of any professional activity and without any commercial vocation. ARTICLE 1 : GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

Minesweeper is a game on the Internet via a platform as well as services linked to it. Insofar as the terms "game" or "services" appear in these General Terms and Conditions of Use, our games and services are referred to as our games and services respectively. Minesweeper users as well as participants of Minesweeper to the games and services are referred to herein as "Users".

ARTICLE 2 : ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

In order to benefit from the online game features, you must have an internet connection. and access the Minesweeper application site.

ARTICLE 3 : PRICE OF SERVICES

The use of Minesweeper is completely free of charge, with the exception of internet connection and access fees which may apply. from other providers.

ARTICLE 4 : INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Minesweeper shall hold the User responsible for any claims by third parties arising from unauthorized use by the user final of any material protected by intellectual property or other proprietary rights, including software. No element such as the editorial content or photographs composing the online game may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, distorted, transmitted or distributed in any way, under any circumstances, including but not limited to the following support, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Minesweeper. Only copying for private use is authorized for your personal, private and non-commercial use on your personal computer.

ARTICLE 5 : LIABILITY

Minesweeper's liability due to the Services can only be engaged in case of proven fault by the User. and for direct damage only. Furthermore, Minesweeper cannot be held liable in case of force majeure.

ARTICLE 6 : CASES OF FORCE MAJEURE

Minesweeper cannot be held responsible, or considered as having failed to comply with the present conditions, for any delay or non-fulfilment, when the cause of the delay or non-fulfilment is related to a case of force majeure as defined by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals including interruption, suspension, the reduction or disruption of electricity or other power supply or any interruptions of telecommunications networks. However, the user acknowledges that the suppliers of the materials, software and infrastructure of telecommunications used in these areas, do not in any case offer an absolute guarantee of the proper functioning of the Minesweeper service. ARTICLE 8 : OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

The user will have verified that the computer configuration of the internet connection used does not contain any viruses or and that it is in perfect working order. Minesweeper will in no way be responsible for the malfunctioning of the latter. The User undertakes in the use of the service not to engage in acts of any kind whatsoever that would be contrary to French law and, where applicable, to the laws of the country from which it connects, which would be prejudicial to French public order or to the rights of a third party. The user undertakes not to use means of cheating, exploits, robot automation software, hacks, or unauthorized software designed to modify or interfere with the Service. The User agrees not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, not to create accounts for others, or for computers, servers or networks connected to the service by means other than the user interface provided by Minesweeper. The User undertakes not to attempt to circumvent or modify, or encourage or assist another person to circumvent or modify the security of the service.

ARTICLE 9 : APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This contract is governed by French law. This is the case for the substantive rules as well as for the rules of form, excluding, on the one hand, the rules of conflict provided for by French law, and on the other hand, provisions of French law that are contrary to this Agreement.
